Many times you find yourself entering a whole bunch of contacts from the same company. They all share the same company name, address and phone number and website. With Salestrakr, you don't have to type the same information over and over. When you are adding a new contact, click the link that says "copy the existing contact". This will pull all of the information from the active contact into the "Add a New Contact" box. Try it, it's easy!
Salestrakr is about automating your repetitive tasks. And now the service has an updated feature that should make group emailing easier. You can now perform an "Advanced Search", find a list of contacts and then group email them either to their primary email address (could be personal or business), specifically their company email address, or to choose one first and if that one is not available, choose the other. This helps those using Salestrakr to send out the right group emails to the right locations. More enhancements related to email automation are coming. In the meantime, give this a try!
